Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No you do not have to create an account, you can simply pay as a guest. However if you do wish to register then this is quick and simple to do. All of your information is kept secure and will not leave our site.
You only have to register the one time and this will make your shopping experience a breeze in future!
How long does it take for a parcel to arrive if I use the Free – Standard Delivery option?
We aim to send out your package on the day you place your order. The delivery time is rarely longer than 2/3 working days.
We do offer faster postage options if you require your parcel sooner.
Can I make changes to my order once processed?
Unfortunately once we have received your order and you have completed your shipping details you cannot make any changes through the website. You can however always get in touch via email samantha@jadorevintageclothing.co.uk or phone 08432890516 and we will do our best to aid any necessary amendments.
Can I return items if they do not fit?
Yes you can. Please check our returns policy for further information.
How often do you add new items to the website?
We aim to add new stock each week. Please check our 'What's New' section for our latest additions.

Are all items washed?
We do steam items where necessary however we do not wash every item as this is not always the best method of caring for vintage clothing. If there are any stains or imperfections on any of our clothes we will always point this out and show a detailed picture on the product description.
