We offer FREE POSTAGE on all UK Orders!
I will aim to send your parcel within 1 working day on receipt of your order & payment. Goods will be sent out 2nd class & delivery will usually take 2–5 working days.
*Please note: Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day for either the dispatch or delivery of goods.
If you wish to receive your item sooner or need to guarantee the delivery for a special occasion or present then we recommend you take the Special Delivery Service. Special Delivery orders will be with you within 1-2 working days and also insure the contents of your package.
We also offer 1st Class postage which will have your parcel with you in 2-3 working days for just a little extra cost.

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept the return on any goods you have purchased from J'adore Vintage within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please simply email us within 24 hours of receiving your order directly at samantha@jadorevintageclothing.co.uk or complete our Returns form stating the reason for the return.
Returns will be given providing the item is returned in the same condition it was sent to you and that any tags/labels are still attached.
We are not able to refund postage costs and should your order be sent out with our Free Delivery option we will deduct a 10% handling fee from your refund amount.
You may opt to take a credit note for the full amount valid for 12 months as an alternative.
Our returns policy is in full compliance with the sale of goods act.

Please note that at no point do we ever have access to your card details - Paypal or Google simply send us your payment and delivery instructions.
